| Abstract | 최근 발생한 다수의 선박 충돌 사고에서 항해사의 미숙, 부주의 등 사람의 실수가 사고의 주요 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 그러한 문제를 미연에 방지하기 위한 하나의 대안으로서 선박 운항 중 충돌 위험에 대한 정량적 예측과 충돌 회피 의사 결정 방법에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선박(자선)의 해상 충돌 위험도를 정량적으로 평가하고, 이로부터 선박의 안전한 충돌 회피 경로를 생성하는 방법을 제안했다. 이때 충돌 회피 경로 생성에 필요한 타선 및 장애물의 위치, 속도, 선수각 등의 정보는 실제 선박의 AIS(Auto Identification System) 데이터를 활용한다. 해상 충돌 위험도 평가의 경우, 최근접점(CPA, Closest Point of Approach)에 기반한 충돌 위험도 평가 방법을 연구하였고, 충돌 회피 경로 생성의 경우, 전역 경로 생성 알고리즘 중 하나인 A* 알고리즘에 기반한 행동 공간 탐색법을 연구했다. 제안된 방법을 기반으로 해상 충돌 위험도 평가 및 충돌 회피 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발했으며, 그 효용성을 확인하기 위해 실제 AIS 정보를 사용한 다양한 예제에 적용해 보았다. 그 결과, 제안된 방법 및 프로그램이 충돌 위험도가 높은 복잡한 운항 해역에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. |
