Abstract 조선소에서는 선박을 구성하는 수백 개의 블록을 운송하기 위해 트랜스포터라는 장비를 사용한다. 정해진 시각에 맞추어 블록을 운송하기 위해 복수 대의 트랜스포터를 효율적으로 운용해야 하며, 공주행을 최소화 하여 생산성을 극대화 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 편의성을 고려하여 트랜스포터의 최적 블록 운송 시뮬레이션 시스템을 개발하였으며, 필리핀 수빅 조선소에 적용함으로 써 효용성을 검증하였다. 이 때, 트랜스포터의 교차 주행 여부 계산 시간을 줄이기 위해 특화된 알고리즘을 개발하여 적용하였다.
