Abstract 본 논문에서는 크레인을 이용한 블록의 리프팅 설계에 도움이 될 수 있는 정적 해석 프로그램을 구현하였다. 조선소에서는 다양한 형태의 크레인을 이용하여 다양한 블록을 원하는 위치로 운반한다. 이 때, 운반 대상 블록의 무게가 무겁거나, 기존에 작업을 수행했던 블록과 그 형상이 크게 다르다면 생산 계획에서는 해당 작업을 위한 블록 운반 계획(블록 리프팅 설계)을 수립한다. 블록 리프팅 설계시 중요한 항목 중 하나는 블록을 들어 올렸을 때 크레인의 각 와이어에 장력이 균등하게 걸리는지, 그리고 그 장력이 크레인의 최대 하중을 넘지 않는지 정확하게 체크하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정적 해석을 수행하여 크레인이 블록을 들고 정지해 있을 때 블록의 자세나 각 와이어에 걸리는 장력을 정확히 계산할 수 있는 프로그램의 이론적 배경에 대하여 설명한다. 해당 기능을 동적 거동해석 프로그램과 연동하여 초기 자세를 정의하는데 활용한다면 동적 거동 해석의 해석 시간이나 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이라고 예상한다.
